We accept enrollments year-round based on availability. While we don't have strict deadlines, we recommend applying at least 2-4 weeks before your desired start date to ensure proper processing and orientation scheduling. New students can start at the beginning of any month after completing the enrollment process.

Tuition fees vary by program and age group. We offer flexible payment options including monthly, termly, and annual payments. Registration fees and materials fees may apply. Please contact us directly for current tuition rates and detailed fee structure. We also offer sibling discounts for families with multiple children enrolled.

Your child should bring a backpack with their name on it, a water bottle, a change of clothes in a labeled bag, any comfort items (small toy or blanket), and a lunch box if they're staying for meals. We'll provide a detailed supply list during orientation. All items should be clearly labeled with your child's name.

We welcome children who are not yet potty trained in our Daycare and Playgroup programs. Our caring staff will work with you to support your child's potty training journey when they're ready. Please provide plenty of diapers, wipes, and changes of clothes. For Pre-Primary programs, we prefer children to be potty trained but will assess each child individually.

For the health and safety of all children and staff, children with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious conditions must stay home. Children must be fever-free for 24 hours before returning. We follow Kenya's health guidelines and will contact parents immediately if a child becomes ill during the day. A doctor's note may be required for certain conditions.

We maintain regular communication through daily reports, weekly newsletters, parent-teacher conferences, and progress assessments. Teachers are available for discussions during pickup and drop-off times. We also send photos and updates about daily activities. Formal progress reports are provided termly, with informal check-ins as needed.
